Payment tracker

Month-end payments, without the spreadsheet.

Nobody builds the list. What reconciles against the supplier's statement lands here in real time — so the payment run is what already agreed.

Every row arrived here from a statement reconciliation. Finio tracks the position; the payment itself is made from your bank, as it is today.

Where the list comes from

It is the output of the reconciliation.

The tracker is not a list somebody maintains. Every statement Finio reconciles feeds it as it happens — and both halves of that reconciliation land here. What agreed is payable. What did not is held on the same screen, flagged as a difference and chased with the supplier, so a missing invoice is something you can see rather than something you find out about when the account goes on stop.

Worth saying plainly

Finio tracks. Your bank pays.

Finio never touches your money. Payments are made from your bank as they are today — the tracker is the single view of what is due, queued and done, so the run stops depending on one person’s spreadsheet. Paying straight from the tracker over Faster Payments is being built.
